P3D Nu-View adapter

Hi all,

I'm having a bad vignetting problem with a Sony VX100 digital video
camera and the Nu-View adapter.  Is that due to the VX1000's 52mm filter
ring stepping down to the Nu-View's 37mm connection?  Would a video
camera with standard 37mm lens control the vignetting?  Also, has anyone
determined whether there's a problem between the Nu-View and the
Digital-8 format?
