The Sydney Stereo Camera Club have just placed their 20 page colour
September 1999 bulletin an their web site as a free download.
The web address is: http://www.sscc.asn.au/sscc/index.htm
The email version of the bulletin is a pdf (Portable Document Format) file.
The pdf file can be read with Acrobat Reader Version 3 or later which is a
free download from Adobe's Web Site <http://www.adobe.com/acrobat/> The
current version is Version 4.
Using 'pdf' format allows compression of an 8Mb document with coloured
pictures into a 400kb file for viewing or printing.
The September issue has the start of an interesting series of articles by
P3D member David Stuckey on coupling Olympus XA cameras to make a high
quality compact stereo twin rig. The XA twin rig in master slave mode is no
doubt the best value stereo setup available today.
Regarding the XA article in this issue, please do not ask the author for
advanced copies of the later parts of this 'Coupling Olympus XA Cameras'
series as they are yet to be written.
