I too have run into this problem and have begun to work on a solution.
I reviewed the old Kodak boxes and it looks as though they put them
together by hand.
So, I have attempted to design my own box based on the approximate
dimensions of the old Kodak boxes. The idea is to print a "top" and a
"bottom" onto card stock and then cut out, score and tape the boxes
together.
I currently have a working design that seems to be pretty good. I need
to translate it into something I can post on the internet for download
and printing. I will pass on the URL as soon as I get this done.
Hopefully this will work well for anyone who wants to try it.
