Thanks to Oliver Dean for explaining why right side up 3D
(polarized) glasses in front of the projector lenses block
all the light (instead of upside down glasses).  I had a
hunch that was indeed the way it should be, and just before
seeing that message was devising in my mind a test to prove
it.  But I was totally off base on what the explanation for
it was!  Glad to have it cleared up.  Thanks Oliver!
