Thanks for that link Abram. To read the web pages
in English (albeit with some minor translation
errors) just point your browser to,
http://babelfish.altavista.com/cgi-bin/translate?
and enter the web page you want converted.

The above will translate pretty well except for the
home page which has frames and converted one frame
at a time.
