P3D PSA Stereo Image of the Year, etc

Andrea and Scott Blair made a nice report on the PSA International
Conference.  It was almost like being there.  I thought I would flesh is
out a bit by listing the results of the PSA Stereo Image of the Year, as
provided by  RJ Leonard, Chairman of this event.

This is the best showing of cards in this competition since 1995, when
cards also took 1st and 3rd .

There are three stereo exhibitions remaining in 1999.  The Potomac (for
slides only), The Chesapeake (for cards only) and the Cascade which
accepts both slides and cards.  Addresses where to apply for entry forms
are listed in the PSA Journal and NSA's STEREO WORLD.  If you do not have
access to either of these publications and would like an entry form,
contact me off list and I will provide you with the address.
