It's really easy!  Lets see... 

  no kids ~= 	scuba gear, 
	     	trips to exotic locale, 
             	Acura Integra (mine), 
	     	Toyota Camry (wife's),
             	new furniture, 
             	clean stain-free shirts,
            	white walls in every room of the house.

  1 kid  ~=	crib,
		car seats,
		strollers,
		bottles,
		diaper bags,
		dresser,
		clothes,
		clothes,
		clothes,
		toys,
		toys,
		toys

  2 kids ~=	1 kid * 1.5 (due to hand-me-downs)
		unless they're both boys, then there's
		no hand-me-downs!
		Custom van (goodbye Integra :-( )

  3 kids ~=	1 kid * 4 as the third is a girl
		so no "flowdown" of anything!
		New furniture (previous set has no springs left
		  due to use by boys as a trampoline)
		Repaint walls (green crayon murals on most)
		No shirts left without tell-tale baby
		  barf stains.

Result... three beautiful subjects for 3D photography I wouldn't trade
for anything!
