P3D PSA Stereo Image of the Year

George Themelis asked what I thought about the mixed judging of stereo
cards and stereo slides during the PSA Stereo Image of the Year
competition, and also what did I think of the relative performance of the
two formats

Mixed judging of cards and slides is appropriate, as far as I am
concerned.  However, I believe it is unfair to stereo slides when the two
formats are judged together.  But this is not my problem as I only had
one slide in the competition as opposed to four stereo cards (None of
them were selected)

I believe the relative performance of the two formats depends on subject
matter and the opinion of the judges.
