You can get Q-Vu cards. (I was going to put their web URL here, but I
just found out that it no longer works! AUGH!) Any of you 3D product
distributors carry these?
OR
You can buy matte board and have the show where you buy it cut it into
3.5" x 7" parts for a few extra $s. I recently made my own witha $10
exacto matte cutter and a large mtal T-Square. It is alittle work, but
not bad.
OR
You can go to a local print shop who may be able to cut the cards for
you from some stock they have acess to, and maybe they can evenround the
corners for you. (I had 400 cards made this way about 5 years ago. I
think it cost me $40??) I would probably do that again, but the shop I
used is out of business.

I have heard of several people wishing for such a thing, but when it
gets down to brass tacks, this is a VERY EXPENSIVE die to have made. I
use a picture cutter from Creative Memories ($9.00) and a corner rounder
(Lassco Model 20 - 1/4 inch die - $40 used) to get exact cuts. It works
very well.

Having tried this method, I REALLY do understand. Try getting a paper
cutter and see if doesn't help a bit. Another option for rounding the
corners is a pair of Friskars scissors with the round cutting blade
($7.00 to $10.00) or a corner rounder punch by Creative Memories or
Marvy Yuchida. (I thnk that is how it is spelled...) =)
Once you get comfortable with making cards, you migh want to conside
joining APEC III. Details at my web site below...
