Thanks for the report Gary!  I enjoyed it!

I assume that this 130 mile drive is challenging because of traffic, etc.,
because in terms of milleage sounds like an easy game for me.  Since 1994
I have been driving to Detroit (180 miles) once a month and have only
missed 3 meetings because my wife was out of town and had to stay with
the kids.  Granted, there is nothing challenging about the drive, except
for the 6 hours driving in one day (and the occassional construction,
the snow and bad weather in the winter and the pressure to be there by
7:30 or my slides cannot enter in the competition...)  Then, our Cleveland
club has members that drive regularly from Detroit, Columbus & Pittsburgh
(about 150 miles for the last two).

What amazes me sometimes is that there are people that live a few blocks
away from the meeting place, that we have not seen for 3 years... but I
guess it is a matter of interest...

Thanks again for the interesting report and I hope to see you one day
in Cleveland! (NOW, that's the challenge... drive to the meeting and
back right away! :-))
