The LH0002 is a voltage follower/current amplifier. It is an old 10 pin
dip IC by National and others. The output voltage is the same as the
input voltage but it can source enough current to drive a 50 ohm load.
The input impedance is very high (400kohm). One of these might do the
job or several can be wired with inputs and power in parallel and the
outputs seperate. Cost should be a couple of dollars ifhtey are still
made. Bandwidth is DC to 30MHz so it will handle about any frequency you
could possible have. Power as low as +/- 5vdc or as high as +/-20vdc.
The power supply voltages only need to be a volt or two greater than
your signal voltage range.
If the LH0002 is no longer made there is bound to be something else that
does the same job.
You may also be able to use just a single NPN transistor (like a 2N2222)
as an emitter follower and a positive power supply if the signal is
always positive.
Some info on the signal would help me to recommend a circuit, supply
voltages and wattage.
