All of the older Pentax cameras would require external mechanical
synchronization. I'm not sure if the newer Pentaxes (Pentaxen?) use
wired or wireless remote shutter releases (which would allow for
external electrical synchronization).
Some people have mechanically linked shutters (mostly leaf shutters),
but this isn't reversable and makes the cameras a single unit. I
suppose that you might be able to mechanically (or maybe electrically)
link the cameras' shutter releases through whatever external
connections are available for motor winders.
