P3D Tattoo

I'm thinking about giving myself my first tattoo for my 60th birthday next
month. Have their been discussions of anaglyphic tattoos? I'm totally over
the top on stereo these days and would like something 3-D-ish. I'm
considering the picture of Pasquale looking up at us with anaglyphic glasses
from his position atop on an asteroid(?) from Rose is Rose as pictured in
Dan Shelley's website: http://www.dddesign.com/3dbydan/3dimages/rose2.htm
but don't know what copyright issues are involved. I'd hate to have my arm
impounded, maybe I could get permission from Pat Brady? And maybe Dan
Shelley? Anyone else? Any suggestions?
