P3D Realist Ad

Here's something  interesting.I found this full page in an old
camera magazine dated April 1946.It seems that Realist was
advertising the camera roughly a year before camera hit the
streets.Also in the ad it states that the top shutter speed for the
3.5 is 200th of a sec.Were any of the original 3.5 equiped with a
shutter speed of 200th of a sec?
