As I use a laminator too, I've found that a small piece of tape on the
bottom of the film chip holds it in place just fine.  I then check with
my viewer and, if correctly oriented and spaced, I seal it.


BTW, Kodak tapes the chips in place too prior to heat sealing the
mounts, although Kodak could use just a bit more heat!
