A search of rec.photo.* at Dejanews should come up with some good
articles on aquarium photography.  Unfortunately I didn't save any of
them with they were originally posted.

Lighting from overhead (not always possible at public aquariums with
indoor tanks) seems to work the best and appear most natural.  A tank
that allows sunlight in from outdoors and has viewports in the walls
should provide plenty of light on sunny days.
