P3D Re: Non-Stereo VM reel- On Purpose!

There are others around here who know more about this than I, but some
VM projectors had a lever to adjust the advance for 7 or 14 picture
reels.

I don't think this idea lasted very long. In fact, I am surprised that
it may have been in existence as late as Mary Poppins--'64 or '65.
