P3D Belplasca shades and close up attachments

Belplascas have deeply recessed lenses; as a result, I have
never felt the need for lens shades - Moreover, because of the
deeply recessed lenses, I would worry that many shades would
cause vignetting. - Regarding filter sizes, Belplascas use
a bayonette type filter - not a screw in. - Filters (and
perhaps lens shades) designed for Contaflex cameras will fit.
I believe they are 27.5 mm in diameter, but at the moment I
       don't remember for sure.

And now I have question: Has anybody here ever used the
Belplasca closeup attachment? I was wondering how it works.
How close can you get? Does it cause convergence (toe in) - by
the use prismatic lenses.) I have two sets of Contaflex close
up lenses. (+ .5, +1, +2 and +3) Would these be just as good
as the fancy Belplasca close up attachment?
