I completely agree with Greg and I pointed this out in the
course of the discussion.  To put things in a 41x101 system
perspective, consider this:  RBT mounts have a step-wise system
to control the vertical displacement.  Every step is 0.1mm.  A
difference in size of 1% translates to 0.23mm in the vertical
direction.  
That's over two steps of the RBT system.  Those familiar with
the system realize that this is quite a bit.  It would be better
to keep it at less than 0.1mm which roughly corresponds to 0.4%
difference in size.  Better yet, aim for 0% :-)
