Ken Ruth has been mentioned before as someone who not 
only will work on a TDC Vivid, but will do an excelent job. 
While I don't have a Vivid for him to repair :-) ,   he nicely 
restored a Belplasca and VM Personal and is working on a 
couple other stereo cameras of mine at the moment. Prior 
posts attest to the fact that he's also very kind and a 
pleasure to deal with, though he may need (and ask for) 
gentle prodding if you are in a hurry. I think that most of the 
cameras he repairs are valuable classics, and he makes 
mechanical parts for these when needed. Contact details
