P3D Re: filters
Linda is looking for filter data. Bob Maxey suggests, in part:

The book in question is probably publication B-3, Kodak Photographic Filters
Handbook. A very useful guide & if I had my copy close to hand (its under my
desk at work, but I'm sending this from home) I'd be able to tell with a
glance at the transmission curves how the amber light balancing filters (85 &
such) compare to a "regular" B&W orange (Wratten #15) filter.
My recollection (sketchy, at best) is that, although they look a good bit
alike to the eye, the actual wavelenghts absorbed/transmitted are
considerably different.
