I've just read the text only version, and it's outstanding (IMHO). Not
a "scholarly" discussion of the history of stereography, but more
an examination of the phenomena of stereo photography and some of the
people currently involved. 

The SDR does have a web site, but they don't currently place their
feature stories on it ...
