I have seen inside my Teco-Nimslo and I think I have some details somewhere
from someone who has done it themselves . I have not but basicaly they do
remove some teeth in fact half to halve the wide on from two to one frame
but they don't just remove from one side of the cog. They do it in 3
segments of 120 degree .
