P3D DIY sub page

After a bit of trouble, the "Do It Yourself" sub/unsub/modify
page seems to be working again (knock on wood!). It is
highly desirable to use this URL to modify your photo-3d
(and other sub) options using the web page rather than directly
as you needn't worry about getting the right command word
order.
