P3D WTB: Escher stereo conversions

I'm posting this to both lists since I am asking

(1) to buy from someone who has some of these (for S3D)

and

(2) for a source of supply if you don't have any to
    sell yourself (for P3D).

A couple of these were advertised by Jon Golden and were
gone before I could get my act together. They are apparently
stereo conversions of M. C. Escher prints which have been
set up with some sort of viewer. The ones he had were priced
at $12 each IIRC.
