For the most part I have to agree with Bill on the ease of getting prints
made at a 1-hour lab. It is fairly easy if you bring in a sample of what you
want done. The one-hour lab I use has gone through many personnel changes
and one ownership change. I have had to "re-train" the new operators but
they all seem interested in getting the prints right and will reprint free
if they mess up.
The only problem I ever had with making prints was when I took the film to a
drug store that had 1-hour film developing in the store. The people running
the machine were not well trained, had no interest in customer service, got
the prints wrong, and I never went back. So I stick with a place like
Moto-Photo where there business is print making and have good luck.
