Are you using zoom or fixed lenses? If you are using zooms then it 
might be an image size difference that looks like a vertical error.

I use zooms on an X3 and find I have to adjust the vertical alignment 
depending on whether the image was taken at 28mm or 70mm. 
The image size difference is actually less than the vertical off set so 
I am wondering if there is some sort of image shift occurring.
