I do basic cleaning and adjustment of Realist cameras for a very low charge
($35 plus return shipping).  This will cover cleaning, basic lubrication
(where is needed), adjustment of rangefinder and checking and adjusting
focusing (if needed).  I do not have spare parts (except for lens covers
which are extra) and small things I could get from another camera (or from
Zak).  My turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (or faster if it is urgent).

Zak is still considered the top expert in Realist repair.  He charges more
money and can handle more involved situations.  Rumors have it that he is a
bit overloaded lately and his turnaround time is running behind.  Another
well-known repairman is Jess Powell in California.  (Check archives for
addresses)

You might also want to consider my new Realist book (released in July)
which has a lot of information on using the camera from a modern
standpoint, plus sections on repair work almost anyone could do.
