George is right. If you really want something, NOW is the time to get it--if 
you can afford it. Why wait? What will you do with a stereo camera, viewer, 
or anything else you desire when you're 90 years old? Enjoy things now while 
you can. I remember when I was about 15 and saved and saved to buy my first 
35mm camera, a Paxette, for $35. Then, later I longed for a better camera 
and got an Exacta, and on and on from there. I couldn't afford a stereo 
camera when I was that age because the price was out of my range. Now, a lot 
older, I can, so I now have three stereo cameras, four or five stereo 
viewers, not including Viewmaster, and about 8 35mm cameras, a 4X5 and a 6X6 
Rolleiflex and a 6X6 Yashica. So, buy now and the hell with later! We're 
only on this planet for a short visit. And by the way, you really should get 
Dr. T's book ($35) on the Stereo Realist--you won't be disappointed--well 
worth the price. It also has the best introduction to photography I have 
seen--at least since the old Signal Corps manual on photography.
