A related suggestion is - don't use the flash attachment to hold the flash.  
It is very weak and tends to break.  Make/buy a flash holder with a cable 
hooking to the Nimslo flash.  It does make for a bigger rig, but helps avoid 
things like "red-eye" and lets you use a range of flashes.
