P3D Mounting Instructions

To anyone.  I just bought a Realist stereo 
mounting kit at an estate sale, but the
instructions are missing.  Could some one
suggest where I could obtain, or purchase
a copy.  Does the book on Realist photo-
graphy I see frequently for sale on e-Bay 
have such instructions?
