P3D Loreo/Argus/Discovery Channel

I have both the Loreo and the supposedly improved Argus 3D camera camera. It
shoots two images that take up the space of one standard full frame 24x36mm
image. Any lab that prints standard 35mm print film should be able to
process and print images from this camera just like a standard 35mm camera.

I had Kodak process a roll. They were sloppy chopping up the negatives. They
were also sloppy printing the negatives (too light, too dark, etc.) I
returned the processing order to Kodak and asked them to re-do the bad
prints, some negatives of which were chopped up my Kodak.

Well, what do you think happened? Did Kodak do right by the customer? NO!
They blamed me and said that these are non-standard images. They're STEREO
afterall. They MUST be non-standard, and Kodak is therefore not responsible.

The imbecile at Kodak labs who made up that crock full of an excuse had no
clue that from their (the lab's) point of view that these were to be handled
*no differently* than 35mm negatives.

Whoever runs the Kodak/Qualex lab in San Ramon, California is clearly
anti-consumer. That is, the customer is always wrong, wrong, wrong. Often
times when I send them standard 35mm color negs back for re-dos for density
problems, they invariably re-do them at a better density, but the color
balance is way off. Then they have the nerve to enclose a "special notice"
that the prints look bad because of bad film, bad lighting, bad
exposure--NONE OF WHICH IS TRUE! It's their poorly calibrated printing
equipment and their bad attitude! Furthermore, they re-charge me for the
re-dos and they toss the orginal bad prints that I had already paid for! No
matter what, they want *me* to pay for all of their mistakes! The San Ramon
lab is staffed by imbeciles with a really bad, blameless attitude.
