The first place I saw a CAVE was at SIGGRAPH.  It was likely that this
was its debut outside the lab.  It's been there several times since
then.

Since their high end systems are used to power the CAVE, you might try
contacting Silicon Graphics to find out where there are other CAVEs.
You could also try looking up the research papers in "Computer
Graphics" (the ACM/SIGGRAPH journal) to find out where the researchers
are located.
