P3D power outage

As usual, Montana Power is killing the whole campus for 8 hours on
Thursday, which wreaks havoc with the system here. Since datacom
will be on skeleton crew (and I'll be 500 miles south), if we
disappear for a couple of days, you'll know what happened.

Wonderful scheduling to do that JUST BEFORE Y2K problems likely
arise...
