P3D Re: synchronizing the address list

I'm one person who recently received a "...thank you for subscribing"
email that I didn't ask for. The list sends an un-sub'ing email letter.

Before changing my domain-name host several months ago, I had
periodic problems of email sent to me bouncing and that would cause
this list to automatically de-sub me. This is the primary reason that
I moved domain hosting to my local ISP -- which is a good
and reliable one (although I'd assume they'd still have times where
their servers would need a reboot, even if they're Unix-based ones,
but they'd not be down for days like my old host site would be).

Bob's message was, I think, more for those who may find themselves
unsubbed against their will in the future, rather than for those currently
unsubbed and not receiving his message. :-)

P.S. - Interestingly, a "whois" on my domain still shows the old host's
technical person and their DNS servers, even though it isn't correct
          and hasn't been for months.
