It has neither focus nor interoccular adjustments. Yet I haven't missed
either.
The Pentax and Stitz viewers both have interoccular adjustment, but even
so, I could not find a comfortable setting. With the Stitz, if I moved the
eyepieces out far enough to accomodate my eye spacing, parts of the image
were masked out. Likewise with the Pentax. Maybe this is because I wear
glasses, and these viewers are not designed for that. I've had no problems
with the Zeiss, though.
