I understand - these are busy men, spread a bit thin.  So for the benefit
of Dr. Cyclops and Ukulele Ike, here is the condensed version:

Cv = Cr
Av = Ar

or , if that's too long, this will suffice:

Av = Ar

Now the original 29K rumination is available on request, in its three
fragmented parts, for anyone who feels that more exposition would help
them evaluate the argument -  it will be sent direct to curious parties
upon request.

Larry seems tuned in to my sentiments on the subject, having read the
original, bless his loquacious heart.  I'll try to reply to his
observations at lunch time today.
