Hi Frank!
Frosted halogen bulbs? DrT to the rescue! :-)
I use a diamond tipped attachment on a Dremel rotary tool.
Diamond will scratch glass. Sand paper will not (not easily
at least). I don't remember where I got my set of diamond
attachments... All you need is one, and it will last for a long
time. If you send me your bulbs, I will frost them for free :-)
