Thanks for the explanation Steve. Don't think I'm complaining about your
product. It's a fine piece of work. I just was hoping for Model D quality.
This brings up a question though. Why does any viewer need interocular
adjustment if the infinity points are always the same distance apart (which
I guess isn't always the case)?
In Jac. G. Ferwerda's book "The World of 3-D" and other sources it says that
the lens spacing should be the same (or greater) as the infinity points of
the film you are viewing regardless of the persons eye separation.
I have a little diagram that shows this and what I perceive to be the major
problem with the virtual viewer at:
