Donald is a subscriber to this list and might read your question.
The draft was published in four successive issues of the
Stereoscopic Society Journal (UK), which I didn't read because
my membership had expired once again (fortunately the Society
now accepts creditcards).
George Themelis has quoted from the glossary draft before.
After a discussion on "Stereopticon" on this list (with Ray
Moxom) Donald has send me the new draft in Nov 1999.
This was in WordPerfect format and uses italics in a specific
way, so it is not directly "postable".
I have send several remarks on it to Don, but having worked
on it for over two years, incorporating comments and
rewriting, he probably gets tired of it :-)

(I have suggested publication on the WWW, but it will first
be published in Stereoscopy, the journal of the International
Stereoscopic Union, and than it is up to the ISU officials
to decide on Web-publication. It is some 40 kB)
