P3D Size limits for digests

I echo this. I find it frustrating to receive a digest as a MIME file, which 
I then have to save to my hard drive and decode offline, prohibiting me from 
immediately responding to points raised therein. Dr. T is right: at this 
stage of the game, size limitations are silly, and 15K is downright miniscule.
