I'm an employee of Pacific Data Images and have seen the ANTZ 3-d
conversion. It's fantastic! I also directed the conversion of the
Simpson's Halloween special for the same IMAX program. This is a piece
that PDI produced a few years back. Homer and Bart Simpson discover the
3rd dimension! The IMAX film-outs are amazing. I don't know the release
date but this IMAX program will be a compilation of mostly computer
generated animation from many different studios. It should be exciting.
