Ha! Is it modesty or embarassment? What Ray fails to mention is that
Michael Gordon had to cut my article in half and completely rewrite it
to make it acceptable for publication. (I was on a rant...) Furthermore,
my undefined use of "convergence" (which is used in various and somewhat
confusing ways in stereography) got me in a long "discussion" with
Charles Smith of the UK.

Perhaps not all of you are familiar with Charles' contributions, but he
is one of the fathers of stereo cinema. Needless to say, he scored many
points in our exchange...

Anyway, one gets "qualified" as a "stereo expert" by taking the plunge.
There are no PhDs in Stereoscopy. All 3D geniuses are self-made. Sure,
you may take some heat now and then, but even that can be interesting.
