George, you are stretching so far....you are going to pull something and
hurt yourself!:-) Since when is " serenity" synonymous with "low light"
only? Can something be serene in daylight? I can assure you that no
insects were harmed during my photos, In fact they cooperated by hiding
under the rocks and leaves. :-)
How can a stagnant balloon shot be an action photo? A Realist at 1/25th
second? Grass grows faster. May I remind you of the image you
entered.........the one of your son Tony running across the pier with a
stick over his head like the scene in " Chariots of Fire"? Do you recall
the sound of his feet pounding along the pier? Perhaps you recorded the
sound on your min-disc player?....take a listen. Sound serene? (
Oh....but the sun was going down so that qualifies as serene)
You said I am hurting myself with my image selections? Well.....it hurts
so good! I think my scores were respectable. :-)
As far as antiques go...........you got me there! I said " I have a
photo of my Mom, and perhaps I'll enter that." ( I chuckled) And you
claim the comment was about my mother in law! Now you've opened a new
can of worms there!! Karen heard the comment about MY Mom, not her
Mom...... there is going to be hell to pay!! Maybe you should take the
S1 into the sewers and lay low for awhile........just friendly advice.
