P3D The new Minolta 3D 1500

In the digest 3701, Peter Davis mentioned a new 3D device, the Minolta
3D 1500. This is not a stereo camera, since it records geometrical data
and not a pair of pictures from two points.
	We had an interesting paper in our Bulletin (the French Club, I am the
editor) which was written by a member of our Club (and of the ISU), Mr.
Pierre Parreaux. I was very satisfied by this paper, it looks to be a
good introduction to this Minolta device.
	The paper is in French, with a few images: two of them are directly
made by the Minolta device, a few other ones are stereograms derived
from such images.
	If you want to read this paper, please e-mail to me within a week, I
will send you the text file and some of the image files (transmission of
image files could take long time). 
	If you cannot read in French, you will find some (bad) translation
freeware on the Web.
