Let me speak to the convention schedule. We have a scheduled roughed out.
The same activities will happen on the same days as past conventions. The
stereo theater will begin Friday. The spotlight auction is Friday night. The
trade show runs Saturday and Sunday. The bus tours are Monday. Workshops
will be held Friday through Sunday unless we need to begin on Thursday.
Meetings will be held on Thursday and Friday.

We have not published a convention schedule because we do not have the
details of what workshops will be presented and what shows will be in the
stereo theater. We cannot publish those details together until we have a
firm commitment for the workshop leaders and have selected the stereo
theater presentations. To date not enough people have committed to lead
workshops or presents stereo theater shows. Until we get those commitments,
a final schedule cannot be put together. 

This is your convention. We need your help to make it successful. So, please
submit you theater proposals and volunteer to lead a workshop in the next
month. It is difficult to wait until the final weeks to get a complete
convention schedule arranged.
