I once had a similar problem with my Realist after I had removed the
lense board.  I exposed a roll and noticed that the shutter or shutters
had stayed open, fogging the entire roll.  I removed the lense board
and found that I hadn't tightened the screws enough.  After making sure
everything was working in place, I put the lense board back on and
haven't had a problem since.  When I removed the lense board, the
problem was very noticeable because the shutters were swinging loosely.
 I can't remember if there was something else I had to tighten, but try
opening it up and checking.  The camera is very easy to work on.
