There are several possibilities:
1. In-camera duplicates (this simply means taking a lot
of pictures, but as Linda and others said, sometimes
there is only one GREAT picture in the lot)
2. Commercial duplication: Almost any lab will do it for
you, if mounted in regular 2x2 mounts. Some labs might
be willing to try duplicated slides in their stereo
mounts.
3. Duplication by other stereo enthusiasts, like Ron Labbe,
who know how this is done.
4. Do-it yourself duplication.
In this last category we have the following possibilities:
4.1. Using your regular SLR system equipped with a macro lens,
bellows and slide copying unit. I have used my Minolta
equipment for this purpose by my interest is in improving
the image, not making a good duplicate.
4.2. Special slide duplicating units that include a lens that
attaches to your camera.
4.3. Special slide duplicating units that include a camera,
lens, bellows and illumination.
An example of 4.3 is the Repronar slide copying unit that I
offer for sale in sell-3d. You can look at the pictures and
text here:

This unit can be used to copy a variety of transparent
materials from regular slides, to stereo slides, to VM reels.
