There are a bunch of us doing medium format stereo with a wide range
of camera setups. I started with a pair of Lubitels, and have used a
Yashicamat 124G (cha-cha and slide bar), and a Sputnik. Of these the
Sputnik is the easiest to use, but takes some getting used to. You
really should keep it on a tripod, and focusing is best done by using
hyperfocal distances. Others use various MF cameras, and some have
gone so far as to physically link the cameras (sort of a MF RBT).
Besides the Alan Lewis Saturn viewer kits Rocky Mountain Memories also
sells the Spicer MF mounts with various openings.
There are a couple of folios and the MF Expo just ended.
If you're in NYC Tom Deering hosts the Third Friday Stereo Dinner at a
Mexican restaurant on 85th & Broadway. February's dinner is just a
couple of days away. Tom posted an announcement a day or so ago. Tom
and I (when I get a chance to go) usually bring some MF stereo slides
to show.
