Well, this really hadn't hit me until I heard this comment.  The site

and the latest offer from them is attached below.  They're currently
toutind (pushing?) their "all-in-one" camera.  This is a unit that is
attached to a wireless transmitter.  You attach the receiver to a VCR
and you can record what the camera sees.  I purchased one of these back
around Christmas time with the intent to mount the camera high in our
vaulted ceiling to record the Christmas festivities.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work well.  The room really needs A LOT of
light for it to pick up anything.  It looks a lot like the surveillance
videos you see on the news.  I've actually had more use for the video
transmitter/receiver unit the camera plugs into.  I used this because
our VCR in the living room was on the blink.  I attached the transmitter
to my son's VCR and the receiver to our TV.  Then we could play tapes in
his VCR and watch them on our TV.  Worked well with my 8mm video camera
too!
